Shipping policy
Order Processing Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before your item ships. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer various shipping options to meet your needs, including:

Standard Ground: 3-5 Business Days

Heavy Goods Ground: 5-7 Business Days

LTL Freight Delivery (Curbside): 7-10 Business Days

Expedited Options: Overnight Express, 2-Day Domestic, and Priority Shipping may be available depending on the item and destination.
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Freight Shipping (Large Items) For large industrial units (e.g., Sentry Pro series) requiring freight shipping:

Curbside Delivery: Unless otherwise specified, freight delivery is "Curbside" only. The driver is not responsible for moving the item inside your facility or home.

Scheduling: The carrier may contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Please ensure the phone number on your order is correct.

Receiving: It is your responsibility to inspect the shipment for visible damage before signing the delivery receipt. If damage is noted, it must be written on the delivery receipt or the shipment refused.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses Mofad Systems ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. However, large power stations cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes due to size and weight restrictions.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes Mofad Systems is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages Mofad Systems is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

For freight shipments, damage must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
International Shipping Policy We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
