Refund policy

3-Year Limited Manufacturer's Warranty All Mofad Systems industrial power units are backed by a comprehensive 3-Year Manufacturer's Warranty provided by Dory Power. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

How to File a Warranty Claim: As your authorized dealer, Mofad Systems is here to support you. If you experience an issue:

  1. Contact our support team at olinj495@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

  2. We will troubleshoot the issue with you to rule out simple configuration errors.

  3. If a hardware defect is confirmed, we will facilitate the Return Merchant Authorization (RMA) process directly with the manufacturer on your behalf.

Please note: Unauthorized returns or units opened/modified by the user may void this warranty.


Return Policy We have a 30-day return policy for most items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process (RMA Required) All returns are subject to Return Merchant Authorization (RMA). You must obtain an RMA number from our support team before shipping any product back. Items sent back to us without a valid RMA number will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender at their expense.

Restocking Fees

  • Industrial Equipment (Generators/Power Stations): Non-defective returns of heavy industrial equipment may be subject to a 20% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for return freight shipping costs.

  • Standard Accessories & Parts: Standard returns for smaller accessories (cables, panels, etc.) are not subject to a restocking fee if returned in new condition.

Return Address Please do not send your purchase back until you have received your RMA instructions. Once approved, returns should be sent to: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS]

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or "Final Sale" items

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
